Softducts, LLC provided a clear and precise installed Instruction, all the fabric duct Air Flow pieces were marked correctly to match the approved submittal drawings. The tracking system was an easy Install. The system had no Issues and no popping sound when the system started up due to the "Stop pop silencer". Good looking product.
